"I would definitely stay here again"

I liked having a code to enter the room rather than having to use a key. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. And the bath towels are big and plush

Nothing that I can think of.

great location near many restaurants, comfortable rooms that are clean and well stocked with some toiletries. great AC unit and lighting

the staff at the caravelle are absolutely terrible. the facilities that were advertised were “closed for maintenance” the pools that were advertised as “heated” were cold. all coin machines are broken and no one can help you get quarters. My family of 7 had to drive to the nearest gas station to get $2 worth of quarters to do our laundry. My wife and I arrived with our 5 kids who were exhausted after a long ride and unpacking headed down to one of the advertised food destinations that the hotel offers @ 5pm. we were told “I just sold my last pizza and due to the weather I can’t make anymore.” The restaurant wasn’t due to close until 9pm. In top of that he was playing vulgar music when we walked in and didn’t turn it off but instead turned it down a little. again, the unit was amazing but the staff is terrible.
