"Well equipped spacious apartment in good central location."

Good central location with secure onsite parking. Spacious apartment that was well equipped with two good size bedrooms and bathrooms.

No problems with the property just a slightly unusual situation for getting the keys which may be a problem if delayed when travelling to the property although we didn’t have any problems.

Great flat – spacious, comfortable and in a great location.

Flat was very hot when we arrived. Easily solved by opening windows but felt bad about wasting energy!

"Excellent location."

The location of the flat is excellent. You are a few minutes walk from the town centre and all the local facilities and tourist attractions are on your door step. There is also a secure parking space, which is excellent. Due to the heat we were also offered 2 large fans, which was really nice.

The place wasn't cleaned properly. There was dust and hairs on both bathroom floors, there was a couple of long hairs found in the single bed, and in the main bedroom, whilst looking for a lost key we found there was lots of black fluff under the rug and a bright pink paper clip. The crockery and cutlery was also dirty, which we had to clean before using. The second bedroom door also creaks very badly, so some WD40 might help. For the premium price you pay, this is not great and the cleaning needs to be improved.

"22 John Walker House"

We loved location to the city centre. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The balcony was lovely and great for day and evening to enjoy the warm weather.

The twin bedroom can get very warm during the night and day. Would recommend a fan or two in here specifically for the summer months. The one provided was ok but did not help too much with cooling down the room.

Location was great and near all the main attractions in York. Flat had all the necessary mod cons and was suitable for young children (5 and 7). Citylets were very helpful too.

The apartment was a great home from home, perfectly located close to the city centre. It was very well equipped, clean and tidy. Good quality furnishings and comfy beds.

The mugs need a deep clean and a kitchen roll would have been useful, but these are minor things.
