Globalement Moyen Bien: La vue, fantastique Accès aux bords de mer piétons, très proche Propreté Langes et literie Cuisine avec tout et avec vaisselle Pas de bruit des voisins

Lit dur Bruits de la rue Piscine froide (fin mars 2026, mais c est part tout comme va) Canapé lit, pas possible de l ouvrir, cassé, mais assez confortable pour y dormir 1 adulte sans l ouvrir (pas de literie pour le canapé lit) Mauvais L odeur dans la salle de bains

"The smell from bathroom..."

The view is spectacular.

The smell coming from the bathroom is terrible. I see that many people previously complained about this problem, but the owner seems like he doesnt care. Apartament could use a little bit of paint.
