The Grand Ward Place - Colombo 7

We had an amazing experience staying at this 3-bedroom apartment! The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, making us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was friendly, responsive, and ensured our stay was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.

Location is brilliant, right in the heart of the city. Immaculately cleaned with a security controlled main apartment entrance. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, super fast WiFi and full air con. Great gym and the pool on the 32nd floor has sublime views across Colombo. Great hosts who were on hand to help with anything. Amazing breakfast at the Black Cat restaurant just a short walk away. Super market within 5 mins walk from the building. A perfect place to finish our Sri Lanka trip.

Nothing really, although would be good to ha e more than one key card for the lft if there are multiple guests.

One of the best apartments we have ever booked and stayed at. Lovely view of the Colombo skyline coupled with the convenience of everything just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. It was a clean and comfortable stay and it had it all. We absolutely loved it.

Good location, easy to find, safe to stay, very clean, the host is always in touch, each bedroom has its own balcony!

A beautiful and luxurious apartment with magnificent view of Colombo.

The owners were very responsive. The facilities are amazing and mostly there is a guard 24/7 which made us feel super safe while getting used to the city and culture. It is super comfortable and great for a family stay. Totally recommend
