"Frustrating start but ended well"

The property was great. The only problem we had was getting in to the property. I didn’t receive the email from booking.com to give me the code in order to get the key. I had to phone the host who was able to access the portal and get me the info I needed. We lost the first hour of our trip due to these complications which was quite frustrating
