No 46 Marine Terrace

The layout of the room was cosy , the cleanliness was outstanding , beds really comfy , the location was superb as we were right by the beach and other facilities close by

The person next door was smoking weed that stank the corridor out as we was there only one night we never complained but think the staff should do more checks

The breakfast was good anything from fruit cereal cooked breakfast or pastry

Dirty toilet, rubbish on floor and in bedside cabinets, Dirty cups attic room with radiator stuck on with broken thermostat in the middle of summer, loose taps in bathroom and just general grubbyness of room

Location easy access to all amenities

The bathroom clogged wt black sands and we requested lower ground due to elderly in the family but was rejected

It was on the sea front, very close to town, comfortable beds, very spacious, incredible amounts of storage and seating

We were supposed to have just a family room but we were put in ‘the studio’. It felt very much like a furniture charity shop with mismatched and excessive furniture. It wasn’t super dirty but it didn’t feel overly clean as there were crisps/hair on the floor down the side of the bed and empty sweet packets in drawers. The two showers and toilets were convenient but since you had to go past both clear glass door showers to get to the toilets it meant you couldn’t really use the toilets or other shower if someone is in one. It would be nice if the beds and drawers weren’t in front of most of the plug sockets so that they were more accessible

Location at the seafront. Parking was relatively easily available ( early July). Room size and facilities in the room (fridge, microwave, sink, kitchen utensils). Dog friendly ( also there's a small patch of greenery/ a park a street away)

The bar staff were lovely ! Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice . Can’t think of anything else positive I’m afraid .

Very run down ! Hotel is in desperate need of general maintenance especially in the room we stayed in .

The bookings page showed 2 room suites, perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children so I thought I'd booked one. It turned out I'd booked one room with 2 double beds so the staff managed to move us into more suitable accommodation at no extra cost. The seafront location was perfect and staff were helpful and friendly. Would sta again.

Great spacious room, quality 3 star venue, breakfast was very good. Definitely stay again x

Maybe not the safest of doors, could easily be broken in, and no air con, it was a hot evening could have done with at least a fan but we never asked so they may have provided one on request.
