Die Wohnung is sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigt haben. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Zentrum und vom Bahnhof ist ein Vorteil. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Scarsa pulizia in generale, in particolare pavimenti (con anche molti capelli), utensili pieno di ditate e unto, ripostiglio sotto il lavandino pungentemente maleodorante. In compenso: pullulante di zanzare. Anche esterni assai poco curati. Stanza piccola e senza neanche un armadio o altro a supporto di soggiorni lunghi. Permanenza durata 10 minuti in tutto a fronte di prenotazione di 8 notti. Nonostante sia stato avvertito subito il titolare della rinuncia al soggiorno, ha ritenuto di non venire incontro alle spesa totalmente gia' saldata (almeno una cifra simbolica per le spese di acqua, corrente, condizionatore , ecc.) il che di commenta da se'. Anche perche' ci sarebbe stato tutto il tempo per, eventualmente, destinarlo ad altri. Fortemente sconsigliato per soggiorni superiori a una notte (flessibilita' su condizioni igieniche permettendo).
