The apartment confirmed previous, typically very positive comments. There were no surprises and our brief stay was nonetheless very convenient and comfortable.

The location is great, very central, fairly close to the train station and very close to city centre attractions.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Two bedrooms with own bathroom and a big living room. Television in each room. All the rooms were simply but nicely fitted up. Chiara, the landlord, was nice and very helpful. There were coffee capsules and tea bags in the kitchen. She provided to us some more coffee capsules when we asked. One of the best things was a big own terrace where we could enjoy our breakfast every morning. The apartment has three floors. It didn't bother us. However it can be a little bit stressful to spring the narrow stairs up and down.

The access into the apartment happens with a virtual key. We didn't have any problems to open the doors the two first doors but we didn't manage to come in to our apartment. The doorknob didn't work. We called to Chiara and she tried to help us via video camera. Finally she decided to come to meet us. When she came she could neither open the door according to the instruction we had received. The doorknob was broken. She gave to us her own keys in order to use them during our stay which was great.

Location was very good. Close to Piazza Miagorre and restaurants.

Very complicated process to get into the property. Tried to call the owner twice but got no answer. After about 20 minutes eventually got in. Would be far more simple to have a key. Also loud nearby music into the early hours of the morning that kept us awake.

Great space. Well taken care of. Awesome location.

Location was excellent everything was within a 6 minute walk. Lovely outside area to sit in the sun. Well equipped kitchen.

The automated key access using you mobile phone, it worked fine but one day I had trouble with my phone and we couldn’t get on thr internet and it took us a while to get in the apartment.

Great location, easy to get around.

Front access onto street with traffic. Could do with a warning sign.
