The apartment offers an incredible panoramic view of the sea and the city, definitely one of the best in Batumi. The room is modern, stylish, and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to Patrick, the host. Communication was perfect: he was always reachable, very helpful, and ensured that everything was handled professionally. The location is great, right in the heart of the coastal action.

The building (Orbi City) is very large, so there can be a bit of a wait for the elevators during peak hours, but that's expected for such a popular location.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung war der Gastgeber immer sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, die Unterkunft sehr sauber und die Aussicht wirklich schön. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
