Pinecrest 1K 2F 2T Next to Dollywood

The rooms were very comfortable and in general the whole space was comfortable.

There are no spaces to enjoy outside the rooms, no courts, no games, the pool was out of service, and in general there was nothing around it.

The location was great. We stayed in townhouse 125, the parking was good. The WiFi was great. It's not far from Dollywood.

A lot of the electrical sockets are worn out. Our phone chargers would fall out of the sockets. Missing the top shelf in the refrigerator. The dryer took forever to dry the towels. The ceiling in the spare bedroom didn't work. The master shower had very little hot water. You had run the hot water in the sink just to get little warm water to the shower.

Good Wifi Hot water

1. The drain in the master bathroom was totally blocked. It was reported to the staff nothing was done about ,we cleaned out ourselves. 2 The back deck was pulling away from the building and the floor of the deck was rotten in several places we never went out on the deck . 3 The outside power box was left exposed to the weather and rain while we were there.4 The heating system never stop running.It never got warm.5 Our first morning there we discovered a coffee pot was broken we reported it, took a day to have it replaced .

Clean, tv works, couch comfortable, hot water.

TV channels all streaming services. Luckily I have that, some people do not.

Great location

I feel that it needs to be updated far as the bbq grills because it was said it was supposed to be charcoal grills but it wasn’t and that’s was the major problem for my family time plus there was no mops or brooms to clean with but other then that it was great

Couldn't use fireplace. Pool not up and running (one of our reasons for booking here). Never stayed at a place that when you run out of toilet paper you have to buy your own. Balcony on back had weak boards so didn't feel safe to be on. Hairs in the bed so not sure it was cleaned good before our stay.
