very nice property excellent disabled facilities enabling us to give mum her first holiday in 9 years.

wasn't anything major that we didn't like couple of items in kitchen need renewing ie canopener and the squeegee mop in bathroom needs renewing to clear water from shower floor.

The caravan was cozy and had plenty of space. The site was very close to the beach (5 minutes away) and had multiple ways to get down there from close to the site if you can't use stairs. Instructions sent on the email were clear and explained some issues the caravan might have and how to fix them (like how to change gas tanks if you run out, how to open the keysafe if it jams etc.) which I liked. Multiple shops nearby and a short drive to Great Yarmouths sandy beach!

We were asked to not park on the grass and to use car parking spaces but we couldn't find them.

It was so peaceful the caravan was comfortable and spacious and very clean

There should be an umbrella for outside so you dont get burn when sitting outside

Door into double bedroom was too narrow to get through with wheelchair or walking frame.

Size and value for money. Enough space to feel comfortable.

Quality of linen, crockery and cutlery were not up expectation. A complete mixed bag of plates, glasses and cutlery. Bed was extremely soft and linen looked like it was on its last legs. No towels was very odd. No pillowcases and extremely worn out pillows.

We had booked to stay in Great Yarmouth from Monday 10 - Friday 14 June but decided to extend our stay in East Anglia by 2 days from 8 June. We were quoted £450 by Parkdean to extend by 2 nights in Yarmouth (ridiculous as they are only quoting £209 for 3 nights this week). We found your lovely site on Booking.com and you offered us a 2 night stay for £132 which we could not refuse! The site was in a lovely position right on the beach with a nice little clubhouse with a pool table (which we love). You are pet friendly so our Cockapoo Molly dog came with us. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The caravan was obviously used and loved by it's owners, not a site caravan with no character. It was homely and well equipped over and above our expectations. We would recommend this to our friends/family. Thank you.

There are lots of small decorations on the shelves, which I wasn't a fan of—but I guess it is a personal preference. There was some powder in the box under the bed (I don't know what it was; my guess is sodium bicarbonate? for moisture or ant repellent—who knows?), which my one-year-old nearly consumed as we weren't aware it was there in the first place. Otherwise, it was quite a pleasant stay.
