Everything was perfect! Traveled up from Palmerston North for our daughter's rugby, after checking in and checking straight back out of a horrible motel we booked Studio42 last minute and it was perfect, so clean it felt brand new! Definitely value for money! The last night we stayed our daughter wanted to stay with us and after checking with Kylie she was more than happy to set up the pull out sofa bed for her. Best accommodation we have ever stayed at, and we do alot of traveling for our girls rugby. 10/10 highly recommend Nice quiet area aswell

It was fantastic and I would totally recommend it.

Nothing we didn't like - but some possible thoughts for improvement - I think having a marmalade in the condiment mix would have been great. Wonder about heating downstairs in the middle of winter?

We stayed for just one night, and it was perfect. Kylie was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to head into Auckland and explore. The interior was clean, modern, and beautifully furnished with high-quality touches. We had a very comfortable and restful night before our flight the next day.

So clean and bright. Very roomy and comfortable. It was easy to just relax and enjoy our evenings.

Just a small thing, but a dress mirror in the bedroom area would have been good.
