Posizione strategica, parcheggio sotterraneo inaccessibile senza apposito telecomando quindi sicuro. Fermata bus proprio sotto casa e a pochi minuti dal centro di Bologna. Monolocale completo.

Comunicazione con la società proprietaria in modalità automatizzata e assente in orario extra ufficio. Se chiami nessuno risponde. Solo via messaggi tramite Booking o, nei tempi loro, via whatsapp. Tassa di soggiorno equivoca: nel listino lasciato nell'appartamento viene indicato un importo, non corrispondente a quello aggiornato dal Comune, che risulta addirittura il DOPPIO! Anche i dati del wifi riportati erano vecchi, perché non aggiornare l'opuscolo? Nell'armadio uno dei due piumoni era macchiato in più punti.

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, sehr gutes Bett und in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank prima. Das Bad war super, tolle große Dusche.

Nice modern apartment, great kitchen facilities, good view of Bologna. Very convenient to have the supermarket just underneath and bus stops very close by to take you into the city centre. Good pillows

Sofa bed was quite noisy & the apartment wasn’t as clean as I’d expect

"Bel appartement, proche du centre ville ( 2.5 kms )."

La proximité d'un super marché, arrêt de bus pour le centre ville de Bologne, proche du stade de football , les restos et le parking sous terrain sécurisé.

La propreté de l'appartement, il y avait beaucoup de poussière.
