The owner provided all the needed information upfront. We were able to enter the building and the apartment on our own (using codes). We had a free parking slot (but only because there was still some space left).

The floor looked clean at first, but wasn’t clean at all. You could feel it under your feet, and our socks were already dirty just minutes after arrival. The owner said that it was probably because no one was there for a few days and when they opened the windows, dirt came in. In my opinion, that's a lame excuse—especially because the bathroom floor was also dirty. And a dirty floor is a big no-go for me. The pull-out sofa was a bit dirty, especially on the inside. Although I wrote that we would be 4 adults, there were only 3 instant coffee sachets and 3 coffee cups available. No other coffee was provided (like ground coffee). The spare sheets for the sofa bed smelled bad—e.g., stale, as if they had been sitting in a closet for a long time. Also, while the listing mentioned “free parking,” there was no dedicated parking spot. We were just lucky to find one of the last remaining spaces. I find that quite misleading, as “free parking” usually implies that a private or reserved spot is guaranteed.
