Don Gustavo Modern Apartment, Sea Views & Pool

I loved: 1.the location, not only close to everything but it gets so much sunshine, even when in other parts it is colder. 2. The taste of the arrangement of the apartment 3. Washing machine, dishwasher, aircon everywhere (although did not have any power in bathroom and faint in bedroom which was applicable in cold weather) 4. Dish and washing machine capsules (which I did re-supply as washing machine ones I consumed the ones available) 5. Clean interior

Where it could be better: 1. There are no cleaning substances for the sink, floor, etc. Bought a simple multifunctional one to be able to do it since staying 8 days. 2. The towels, 2 out of 3 were dirty, like fresh mascara dirty. I had to wash them to be able to use them. 3. The electric system needs to be checked. When the aircon functions the washing/dishwasher cannot as immediately power goes off in the apartment. 4. I signalled this during the first evening via sms directly to the number given (was after 8 pm) and the fact that probably happened as I had to already wash the dirty towels but..no response to that in any way. No suggestion to provide clean towels, no oops sorry, nothing. I guess it was also expected to keep washing them because in 8 days no new ones were provided either. There was no set to change them either. 5. Please tell the cleaning staff to wash the windows in the exterior too. Both in bathroom and balcony the exterior was very dirty. Since I spent a lot of time on the balcony, I washed those exterior ones myself. Not the bedroom though :)

Everything was perfect

la vue imprenable du 7ème étage, les équipements nombreux et modernes, le grand lit double et le lit pliant à lattes, la fenêtre du salon étonnante à ouvrir, mais sécurisée pour les enfants vu l'étage, le calme, le balcon, la place de parking, la télé et l'offre de streaming, la piscine (même si on ne peut pas y jouer au ballon), la propreté de l'appartement, de l'immeuble et l'entretien de la résidence. Service client au top et disponible quasiment 24h/24h !

Rien excepté le petit problème d'isolation phonique dans la chambre malgré le double vitrage, car cela ne permettait pas de masquer le bruit de la route ni celui de la climatisation des voisins. Le problème a peut-être été rectifié depuis.

Proche de la plage (il faut juste traverser la rue et descendre les escaliers) Un appartement confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour être à l'aise Parking inclus (très utile quand on a une voiture) Piscine bien ensoleillée

Si vous êtes très sensible au bruit, vous pourriez entendre les bruits des motos Il y avait un seul jeu de drap.

Amazing apartment, nice modern kitchen with a large living space. Air con was good and the view from the balcony amazing. A nice large bedroom with a comfy bed and large bathroom with a great shower. Great pool area which is kept spotless daily with maintenance. The apartment offers 1 chair for the pool as there are no sunloungers. i'll certainly be booking this apartment in the future.

The property had been refurbished to a very high standard. The view was amazing. Excellent air con unit. Very well equipped. Pool area very good
