ottima posizione 10 minuti in auto dalla playa de ingles e vicino alle altre spiagge. ottimi servizi intorno con supermarket e negozi vari. l'appartamento ristrutturato da poco, dotato di tutti i confort inclusa la lavastoviglie, stile moderno ed elegante con anche un bel terrazzino.

Logement neuf au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble, super bien fait, que de la qualité. Moderne avec une vue sur l'océan et sur Meloneras. Très bon accueil avec de quoi se faire un café, un thé et plus. Facile pour se garer avec sa voiture. Proche d'un supermarché donc très bien pour faire ses commissions. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute de vos demandes👍. Merci nous reviendrons.

Everything is perfect! We like the ventilation and sights of the room! Modern furnishings and facilities. All of our needs are perfectly met. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Just the place we look for.

It is a private apartment on the 3rd floor of a residential building, accessible by elevator. It is located in El Tablero, just 10 minutes by car from Maspalomas and the famous sand dunes. Nearby there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, accessible on foot. The apartment is spacious, with a good-sized bedroom, living room with a kitchen and dining room, bathroom and balcony. Everything is just like in the pictures. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and all all necessities (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots). A bottle of water, coffee and tea were available. And the host pleasantly surprised us with a bottle of wine. Wi-fi in the room was fast. Everything was spotlessly clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. There is also a free parking space near the accommodation. Staying at Blanco Homes & Living 3A was fantastic! Excellent value for money. We recommend it to everyone who likes to feel at home even when traveling. Mr. Alberto, thank you again for everything.

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita. Zona molto tranquilla. Ottima posizione se si decide di noleggiare un auto; ci sono molti posti per parcheggiare e non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno permesso di effettuare il check-in anticipatamente e ci hanno fornito informazioni molto utili per visitare la città

unica pecca il terrazzino, purtroppo ci sono escrementi di piccione e questo non ci ha permesso di usufruirne a pieno
