This ad is a scam advert. The host did email upon my booking however she then failed to send access information which is clearly stated will be needed to gain entry. I was alone at 1am stranded. She or he doesn't respond and they told me for a week they are happy to refund but they are now ignoring myself and booking.com do not have any control to refund me either. I know I am now entitled to take these scammers to small claims court and apply for additional compensation.

I was scammed out of £97. The wastes journey cost an additional £74. The host continues to ignore myself and the site she is listed on. Beware of this scam

Everything about this place is brilliant

Could do with a shower mat for when you get out of shower.

Host was very helpful and came to the building quickly when needed.

Lock system did not function. The host had to come to let me in and provide a key fob. Unsafe kitchen: The kitchen had a number of sockets that weren't screwed onto the wall properly. It seems they were decorating and forgot to re-fix them. Bed is very uncomfortable. The double bed is two single mattresses that are very lumpy, with the centre of the bed being impossible to lie on.

Easy parking at location, near shops and city center is a short drive away. Cooking essentials provided.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Pots and pans were very old.

The location is superb with every shop/takeaway you can imagine on your doorstep. Also only a walk away from the town centre.

Not being able to go out onto the balcony 😞
