The view and the location.

As a start the living room pictures are inaccurate, the apartment is dirty, dusty and falling apart. Extremely expensive for what it is, and I do not recommend it. I’ve addressed most issues with the management, but they insist on fixing the primary issue instead of compensating on our own time, even though we were there for two nights. I would be escalating this with Booking.
