Secure and font office friendly and helpful

Pool area smells bad...like sewage. Unit 307 is in poor condition, no balcony, no view, very noisy, bar outside live band from. Afternoon until middle of the night makes terrible sleep. Poor lighting

Amazing apartment in a great location — pool, sauna, and gym facilities on-site and a very short walk to the beach and ferry to Cozumel. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I had some issues accessing the keys, but the host was really quick to find a solution — delayed my access to the room by maybe 10 minutes in total.
