Where the property was situated, it was a great base to then be able to go off and do things throughout the day.

That the park facilities were not available for use. I did think that they might not be open, but there was nothing in the write up advertising the property to confirm the dates that they would be open. Therefore it was a bit misleading. The on site shop wasn't open either. Other than this there is nothing we didn't like.

Everything was exceptional. We was greeted by a beautiful bottle of bubbly with chocolates and the caravan itself was a home from home . The small touches make this caravan like a posh hotel. We loved it and can't wait to return

Everything. It is the best caravan I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few through out Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk.

it would be nice I think when you send the message over with the key safe code to also send directions to find the caravan when you enter the site... just a suggestion , as there was nothing we didn't like

Having never stayed in a caravan before, we weren't sure what to expect. We were visiting friends who have retired to the area, and because I'm waiting for a knee replacement, we couldn't stay in our usual hotel because of the stairs. As soon as we arrived we knew we'd made the right choice. The caravan was bigger than we expected, with 2 bedrooms with very comfy double beds, 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and 1 with a tub - and a very well equipped kitchen. The living room / dining room was spacious and the kitchen was immaculate. Everything you could need is provided - including TVs in all the rooms - and it was all spotlessly clean. The welcome fizz and chocolates were very much appreciated too. Our stay was faultless and the area of the park was lovely and quiet too. It was a real home from home.

This really is an exceptional place. We have just enjoyed an amazing little weekend away here. The beds are sooo comfortable, and the little touches made by the owner are everything. Very spacious and modern, and the layout is perfect with two bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊
