USThe people at the front desk weren't very helpful. I never received maid service. I was never able to log in to wifi. I'm now at a different propetty owned by the same people and I have wifi and I'm getting maid service. It must be communication difficulties. I stayed at the Constituyentes property last year and it was great. It was just more difficult this time. Some of the people at the front desk were better than others after the first few days i just stopped trying and just made the best of it.
