It was a lovely spacious apartment with great views

It is quite a bit outside Positano town. It was around 35-40min walk down steep steps to the town but there a local bus that goes regularly enough that we got back to our area each evening which was perfect

Great views and amenities

Wasn’t that close to the town, and Ubers are 60€ per way other wise you can catch the bus but that gets over crowded and the walk down is about 40 minutes via stairs all the way

Amazing views. Spacious and perfect for our family.

Stairs were difficult with heavy luggage. Someone shone a torch light into our window whilst in bed. Someone also rearranged our hanging laundry that was on our private balcony.

Only the view

To reach the property you must step more than 150 bad stairs , it wasn’t mentioned at the description of the property, One more thing to reach Positano from the high way you have to avoid the usual road from Napoli but unfortunately when we were close to Positano we found the road close and we had at midnight to travel 2 hours to find another available road, Our host didn’t aware us about this unpleasant situation

Beautiful view from all the windows. The sea and the alps like in a fairy tale. The house is very comfortable, clean, well prepared for the guests. Excelent contact with the owner. She was very friendly and helpful. Casa Moscatelli is definitely on our list for the next wonderful vacations.

when i arrived, i found a dirty sanitary pad in the trash, so it gave me the impression that nothing had been cleaned properly the steps, are too much. In my opinion they should inform that it is not advisable for people with reduced mobility and those with cardiac problems, as to reach the property you need to be physically well prepared, At tnight it is quite scary to climb th stairs alone, because it is dark and no people around

The home was clean.

The information provided was honest regarding the amount of steps up to the house, that was fine. The host should consider providing detailed information about how and how long it takes to get to town. They should provide the bus schedule, hints about the most crowded times, what bus to take, going and coming, and the amount of time it takes to wait for ride, either a bus or taxi, and then the trip down and up the mountain. Becasue there are very good resturants very close to Casa Mascatelli, that infomation could be included as well.

This house was stunning. The views were amazing plenty space. Beds were very comfortable. Had washing machine great kitchen facility’s. Absolutley beautiful. Yes it does have 150steps to get to it. But it’s worth it. 👍

Although the property is up stairs the climb is worth it for the beautiful views the property has. The bus stop is also close so it is easy to get into town. The property is well furnished and was all set up for our arrival.
