Spacious, comfortable in an excellent location

Shower head needs attaching to wall

Location was perfect, the apartment was clean and well-kept, and a very helpful and supportive host.

Everything was perfect, I’d just suggest a small improvement for the shower in the bathroom

Localização

A boa localização deste apartamento foi o que nos levou a escolhê-lo para nossa temporada de 5 dias em Budapeste. Porém, vários fatores negativos nos deixaram insatisfeitos e por isso não o recomendamos. Primeiramente, não teve ninguém presente para receber nossa filha que iria chegar em horário diurno informado para o checkin. Dessa forma, o apartamento não teve conferência nenhuma para a entrega e ocorreu que as camas não estavam arrumadas ( estavam sem lençóis e o cobreleito e os travesseiros estavam jogados sobre os criados ao lado das mesmas ). Nenhuma explicação foi dada a respeito disso e as roupas de cama e toalhas de banho foram deixadas dentro de gavetas no armário da sala. Além disso, o chuveiro continua com o problema relatado por outros hóspedes anteriormente: o prendedor da parede está solto e mal posicionado, fazendo necessário segurar a ducha com uma das mãos, o que torna o banho bastante desconfortável. Faltava baterias para os controles remotos da tv e ar-condicionado. Este último, por sua vez, só existe na sala de estar e portanto é preciso deixar as portas dos quartos abertas para poder resfriá-los.

Location was excellent, and the high ceilings made it feel very roomy

We chose it because it advertised two bathrooms. Unfortunately there are only two partial bathrooms, one with a shower and sink and the other with toilet and sink. This was inconvenient for two couples trying to get ready and out at the same time in the morning. My wife and I stayed in the room on the right facing the road and during the evening and night time there was running and scratching noises coming from the wall just behind the bed. There were definitely rodents inside the wall however we didn’t see any signs inside the apartment itself. The apartment itself was not well furnished, as there was no drawers for storage of small items or clothes, in one of the bedrooms. It did have a cupboard to hang some clothes in, but it was also used to store an old television which occupied all of the floor space in there meaning our suitcases and other items had to be scattered around the bedroom. Living room did have four chairs and a table, but only two comfy chairs to sit down after eating. The shower at reasonable water pressure, but was of the handheld hose type and needed a high up holder so that you could use both hands for showering.

Not much.

Although the unit is very central, the area is very noisy, and the noise keeps you awake all night. The unit is not equipped properly. We were 4 people, but there are only 2 plates. There are no serving dishes or salad bowls. The wash basin plug does not work. There are no dish clothes. It is advertised as having two bathrooms, when in fact it is only a shower and a separate toilet. Difficult for 4 adults. The shower is also only a hand-held shower head, not a proper shower. There is no coach to sit on. The TV does not work unless you subscribe. The air-conditioning is only in the lounge and does not work properly. All in all, I cannot recommend this unit.

Location.

The photographs were a bit misleading. The apartment was poorly furnished with no sofa to sit on. The shower had no overhead shower rose only hand held and was falling off the wall. Towels need replacing. Bathroom and kitchen drains not functioning properly. The toaster was faulty and kept tripping the electricity. The owners communication was good and the location was amazing but this apartment definately needs some TLC.
