The accommodation was perfect in every way. It started with our incredible host organising an easy meeting point, helping with our luggage and elderly father. The location is perfect, the amenities were great, spotless and everything in great working order. Sheets, towels etc of great quality. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Benevento.

Very comfortable in old quarter in town centre

It was a beautiful and spacious apartment. Great facilities and a wonderful host. The location was superb, just a minute or so walk from the wonderful Arch of Trajan and central to everything that you want in Benevento.

All I can say is that we stayed on a Saturday night and there is a bar right underneath. It’s not a noisy bar by any stretch of the imagination but because of the heat people were outside in the narrow street. It was noisy. Not complaining it’s to be expected when you stay in the middle of a town like Benevento, but just be aware if you have young kids. Saying that, our daughter was in the upstairs bedroom and she said she didn’t hear a thing!!

We had an issue with Booking.com's messaging system, so Lucia didn't get our texts, but once we arrived she was waiting for us, and we solved the problem. We had a comfortable one-night stay. The windows and balconies were beautiful, and the beds comfortable.

The outlets in the lower bedroom were finicky, and the plugs had to be placed carefully to get any electricity.

The property was exactly as shown. Very comfortable and great location. Lucia and her sons were more than helpful and very easy to communicate with.

Nothing to not like

I loved everything. Lucia the host, is utterly delightful and couldn't do enough for me, even to the extent of offering to pick me up from the train station. It was a beautiful stay and I felt welcomed and was very very comfortable and knew that if I had a problem I could contact my host Lucia and she would assist. I had no need to, but it was comforting to know that as a solo traveller, assistance was on hand if I needed it.

Lucia’s home was warm, beautiful and we felt at home. The beds were very comfortable and the location was in the heart of Benevento. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Lucia is so wonderful, we felt like she was family.
