Ascot Windsor Legoland 10 Beds

Host suggested checking into another property which I declined. He then cancelled my booking. So I complained to booking.Com. Then the host confirmed the original property for check in. But when we arrived at the property we found that it was for sale!! And when I called the host he said to me " I offered you an alternative, and you declined so I have nothing for you "

No towels at accommodation as suggested on listing when booked. Due to it being a last minute booking this was disappointing and had to purchase from superstore locally to be able to shower/wash Old toothbrushs and paste left in toilet Old deodorant cans left on window sills Oven trays filthy, couldn't use No toilet roll, had to purchase No bathroom products, had to purchase TV projector had to use and keep losing focus so was unable to watch TV, kids were very disappointed.

Very spacious, ideal for large family/friend groups

Could be slightly updated and some tlc

Needs a good clean and a towel would have been great

The Host was very cooperative and friendly, location was convenient, property was spacious and had all the necessities in place. The whole experience was exceptional. My kids loved the place.

Size of house good. Area ok near ascot so good for racing and windsor only 2 miles. House could be amazing if a little TLC.

Lack of confirmation for early check in. Last second details for entry to house after texts and calls. Not enough information regards towels etc . Only 1 shower room so for 8/10 people not great. Dishwasher was fully loaded still so couldn't find cups etc for some time . More info.

Great location and for the money we paid was passable.
