Clean property, everything you need for a short stay

I would suggest to get a bedside lamp :)

Property was clean, towels and bed linen was ready.

Outside of the property was old, and looks bad.

The apartment is located in an old house, which part (above the apartment) is uninhabited. There is a strong smell of humidity and mold. The house is wooden, so there were a lot of noises from the neighbours (even them climbing the stairs was very loud) during our stay. The sheets had stains on them and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. We could not relax in the apartment and after a long drive and hard work in the evening, it was not possible to rest properly.

Booked the place for two nights and arrived in the dark, but refused to enter the building with our child, because it looked abandoned and unsafe: there was no front door, the stairway and unrenovated second floor are freely accessible for anyone from the street; some of the second floor windows were smashed in; no lights by the house entrance or in the stairway; the stairway smelled of urine and mold; there was loose wiring and a loosely covered trapdoor in the stairway. Overall the house looked more like a place homeless people to spend the night in rather than a house for rental apartements. Property refused any compensation/refund, so I went back the next day and took pictures for anyone planning a visit. Sadly it is not possible to attach the smell of the stairway to the photos.

Really liked the apartment. The host was very useful, the apartment was clean and the place was near the city center
