Could use a good cleaning and a handyman, but all in all, it was a great place.

The property had insects all over. You can tell that there was water damage. I think i was over charged based on what i got. You do better with homes to homes and other family rental. This place needed a upgrade inside and outside. I was rob for $200 to $300 for this facility. To be honest I would not recommend this facility.

There was not enough wash clothes for everyone we had four washcloths for six people one trash bag that was in the trash can there was no extra trash bag we did not have the Wi-Fi information to be able to use our Wi-Fi not enough utensils there was two forks two spoons most places that I've rented for Airbnb they provide you with extra supplies enough washcloths and towels to use extra trash bags they didn't provide us with any of that we had to go and buy plasticware to eat out of washcloths extra towels there was four adults and two teenage boys and it was not enough The railing was broke on the stairs that was torn bulky chipped wood frame around the basin of the sinks the floor was very weak in the kitchen the stairs were very slippery there was only three chairs at the kitchen table it barely had supplies for us to use we had to go out and buy a lot of stuff to be able to cook the meal that we wanted to cook not enough pots and pans or silverware one roll of paper towels and a half of roll of paper towel I've stayed in way better Will not work with them again they had the bare minimum in the house where is most other places that I've rented for Airbnb they gave you enough for the amount of people that you would be having there they had a trash bag on the laundry room window that had holes all in it The laundry room door is was broken couldn't even close it The remote barely work for the TVs needed batteries they did not prepare the house good enough for people to be renting
