LUXE Villa Near NEC, BHX & Train

Nothing to like. even the location. you are next to a grave yard

A refurbishment of the whole room is urgently required. Couldn't stay. Left the hotel without staying overnight.

Nice and spacious.

Good location for access to the NEC and Birmingham. Good entertainment area downstairs and the beds were comfortable

There was very limited parking we needed to park three cars and there wasn't access to do this as there were so many cars parked next door. The property needs a full deep clean it was clean in main areas on the surface but needs some general decoration and some of the bedding was stained which was disappointing - I didn't report this to the host as by the time I noticed it was late

Very large house and only a 15min taxi from the centre of Birmingham

Property was just a min walk from the Station. House was big enough to accommodate 4 of us. It was well equipped and maintained. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Nice place to stay in Birmingham.

Few Toiletries would do

A spacious and comfortable clean place to stay.

Having to get there at a certain time to be given the keys. A lock box would have been easier for us.
