The beds.

Hated the access system. We had to let in the people staying upstairs because they got locked out in the afternoon. We were not told that they could just walk into the kitchen and use it. Parking was a joke, so we ended up parked in a loading bay for the night (we had to leave at 7.30am to make sure we didn’t get a parking ticket). At 2pm the people upstairs returned and as there is barely any sound-proofing in the ceiling, we could hear them loud and clear even tho I’m sure they were trying to be quiet. Flushing the loo and running the shower.

The location was amazing! And it was very clean

I didn't realise but the room I was staying in the bedroom was connected to the bathroom so you had to leave the bedroom to have a shower/go to the toilet.

The room is clean and well equipped, it's great for one-two nights stay if you are looking for a little getaway in Galway. It's 5 minutes from the train station, really close to the centre.

It's not negative as I quite liked the electronic key solution which works with an app, however I could imagine it could be challenging for the elderly.

Ideal location, perfect stay!

Location was central to the train station and was in the city centre.

The toilet commode seat was smaller than the circumference of the ceramic seat. As such it was very uncomfortable to sit on it and also felt unhygienic. This should be replaced with the correct sized seat as a matter of importance.

Sehr zentral gelegen.

Sehr hellhörig, keine Rezeption (der Check-in erfolgt über eine App), Wir hatten das Pech um 3 Uhr morgens von einer Gruppe feiernden geweckt zu werden, die die Nacht lautstark in der Gemeinschaftsküche ausklingen haben lassen. Es war niemand vom „Management“ zu erreichen, damit die sich drum kümmern können, weil auf uns hat die Gruppe nicht gehört.

Good location

Tiny room. Had to access ensuite through public hallway with old fashioned lock ( could not lock from inside). No fridge in room. Difficulty taking luggage up steep stairs
