Good location and surroundings

I have mixed feelings about the facility. It is a very nice unit in a great location, however it is obvious it is not being managed properly. Firstly the air conditioner is not working. Was asked if the aircon remote is there but that is missing. Secondly the light on the balcony does not work and I suspect it is the globes need replacing. Thirdly there is no key for the interleading door from the main bedroom onto the balcony.
