Villa was very comfortable and stylishly furnished. Three big en-suite bedrooms, spacious lounge/diner/kitchen. Great outdoor space with pool large enough to swim in. All immaculately clean. Quy’n, the property manager was very attentive and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable, including mixing some great mojitos!

Would be nice to have an oven in the kitchen.

Many thanks to both Tin the owner and phuc the caretaker. 1. Location: It's right on the beach, just outside Hoi An city (15 minutes). It is about 250m away from the beach, so access is very good. When looking at the house, there is not much around, so it is good to use it secludedly and independently. You can talk to your heart's content and there will be no interruptions around you. 2. Amenities nearby: There is no big market, but there are good massage shops (very good. Bargain for the price), small supermarkets, seafood restaurants, etc. I went to the nearby Angel Garden Villa and bought breakfast, and they provided 1 menu, 1 fruit, and 1 coffee for 50,000 dong, which was fine. 3. Convenience of delivery: Everything is delivered with Grab. We have a lot of kids, so we ordered a lot and ate a lot. The kitchen is also well equipped. 4. Concierge: The concierge, phuc, is a very nice person. Not only did we use phuc for car reservations (we used phuc both to and from the airport and to and from Da Nang or Hoi An), but it was a great help for our trip in various ways, such as restaurant reservations and tourist attraction recommendations. Even in emergencies, they always helped us appropriately with a smile. There was no big problem communicating with the manager via chat. 5. House Condition: Different from the photos. Much better than the photos. All rooms are ridiculously spacious and come with en-suite bathrooms. Air conditioning works well too. There is another toilet on the first floor that can be used for public use, so it is good to use while swimming. It consists of one room on the first floor (recommended for seniors), one room with a large bathtub and one standard room on the second floor, and a room with two king beds on the third floor (recommended for large families). The pool has automatically purified water and is large enough for a large family to play.

The house is located close to Cua Dai and is a modern and private two-story villa with a pool and large enough for two families or more to enjoy together. There are 3 great bedrooms and a private bathroom, spacious enough and a pleasant kitchen and living area. The surrounding area is not developed, so you can feel the nature while still being able to stay without any inconvenience due to the decor and facilities of the modern villa. You can access the beach on foot and there are seafood restaurants and a small but pleasant minimart. There is a washer and dryer so you can use it conveniently at any time and the water quality of the pool was also taken care of daily. Toddler bed may also be requested if necessary. They also actively responded to requests such as check-in/out time adjustments and babysitters, and with the help of young and competent owners and managers, I was able to have a happy time during my stay. It is reasonably priced while still being able to use all of the pool villa.
