No tienen aire acondicionado NI ventiladores, no hay secadoras para el cabello, las camas son incómodas, se escucha demasiado el ruido de las demás habitaciones.

1- Great location, 10 out of 10 2- Good attention from the staff (they respond to everything quickly and kindly) 3- Constant cleaning for people who last several days 4- In the lobby there is a Nespresso machine and hot water, for preparing teas or coffees.

1- The quality of the towels. Pillows and sheets are very low. They are worn, not very comfortable 2- The ventilation of the rooms is not very good and The bathrooms do not have any ventilation. 3- When they clean the room and change the towels, they usually forget to replace with new ones. 4- for people with light sleep, it is complicated, because you can hear everything that moves in other rooms and the doorbell of the entrance that is very loud.

The basic amenities like toilet paper, towels, soap, wifi were not there when we arrived. The shower door was stuck and dangerous with metal chipping off when we tried to close it. The whole bathroom floors we soaking wet. We reported all of this and they didn’t fix it, only closed it and the it was extremely hard and dangerous to open and take a shower. Old pillows. Hard to contact staff and anyone to troubleshoot. The pictures and lobby are nice but deceiving. I wouldn’t stay here again. Very disappointing.

Ubicación es perfecta en Polanco, cerca de varios restaurantes y la muy buena zona

Me ofrecieron una habitación que la tenía una claraboya en el techo y entraba toda la luz directa a el cuarto sin ningún tipo de sombra o oscuridad, es decir a las 6 am ya entraba la luz directo a la cama. Se escucha todo entre habitaciones, alcanzaba a escuchar los ronquidos del huésped del al lado como si estuviera durmiendo en mi misma cuarto. El piso de estaba sucio y no venía con forros en las almohadas. Pedi que me hicieran cambio de habitación, y me ofrecieron una que tenía la cortina dañada y como solución le pusieron una cobija para cubrir la luz a lo que claramente rechacé esta opción y al pedir al hotel algún tipo de compensación/descuento por el estado de las dos habitaciones, se negaron y al contrario me dijeron q si quería otra opción tenía q pagar más. A ver su inhabilidad de ayudar o de encontrar una solución, cancelé mi reserva y se negaron de nuevo algún tipo de rembolso.
