The apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival. It looked like no proper cleaning had been done for months. There were thick layers of dust on every shelf, so we had to clean everything ourselves. The drawers contained a lot of hair from previous guests, and in the drawer with extra towels there were literal dust balls. The kitchen stove was greasy, and some plates and glasses were also dirty and had to be washed by us. Pillows are covered with some stains. On top of that, the apartment does not provide proper cleaning equipment. The vacuum cleaner was broken, held together with duct tape, and smelled disgusting when turned on. The only other cleaning item was a small, smelly mop. We stayed for two weeks, so it was impossible to keep the apartment clean during our stay. The walls are very thin. The neighbors upstairs were extremely loud: they vacuumed every morning around 7 a.m., even on Sundays, and their child constantly dropped things on the floor. Sleeping without earplugs was impossible. Almost all window blinds are broken and cannot be adjusted. The bedrooms have transparent curtains, so as soon as it gets light outside, the rooms become very bright. The bathtub plug is very difficult to remove after filling the bath, which is quite uncomfortable. I also disliked the fact that the two bedrooms have unequal storage: one has a closet, while the other has tables. As a result, the person staying in the second bedroom has to store clothes in the first one. Additionally, the number of clothes hangers was insufficient. We stayed during winter, and the temperature in the apartment was very unstable: sometimes the bedroom was cold, and other times it was excessively hot, with no clear reason.

Excellent communication with the host, clear check-in and check-out instructions. Convenient location in a quiet area, exactly what we needed. The apartment is well-equipped and very comfortable.
