Livingston 4 Bed + Car Space

When we arrived at the property we noticed a few bits of litter left on top of drawers in rooms and a bottle lid in a bedside drawer after we’d been told to check in after 3 once the cleaner had been. We then went to get a shower and head out for the night to then notice the boiler wasn’t working. I reached out to the property and they couldn’t send anyone out to us. They sent a video on how to fix the boiler however our boiler was different so we went over 24 hours without a boiler. Luckily my friends dad managed to work it out over FaceTime the next day. When I informed the property and mentioned about compensation as we paid a lot of money and travelled 4 and half hours to be there they have ignored me 3 times about the situation.
