Gioiello Marino - mare, 2 minuti a piedi

Bel appartement bien équipé et avec la climatisation, dans une résidence calme. Un vrai plus avec les 2 balcons Confortable pour 3 adultes, possible d'être 4 avec de jeunes enfants. Vraiment proche de la plage publique et de magasins d'alimentation.

Si trova veramente a pochi passi dalle spiagge di sabbia,all'ultimo piano senza nessuno sopra,serramenti a prova di rumore e un esposizione ottima. Luminoso e arioso senza i fastidi che puoi avere a piani bassi. Host gentile e disponibile,che altro dire!

Close to the beach, clean and spacious apartment with lots of accessories that a family might need

- We were looking for an affordable accommodation in walking distance to the beach and found a perfect fit with this one. You can walk to the beach within 2-3 minutes. It is also not too close to the beach, as directly at the beach a railway and a busy street are located and you would be struggling with noise at night. - Next door a new house is being built, but you do not hear any noise of your are on the beach the whole day. - Apartment is located on the 5th floor (4th upper floor) and has an elevator. It has two balcony facing different directions. The house is very quiet, this seems to be the only rental apartment for tourists. - We were there during the week and always found more than one free parking spot along the street. Parking was for free. - The furniture is a little bit older, but you have to see this in relation to the price. - Good mattress. - AC in living room and bedroom. - Check in is without host. This is good as you do not have to worry if you are late and the host does not have to wait for you. - Enough dishes in the kitchen so you do not have to start the almost empty dishwasher every day (would be a waste of energy and water).

- Please take your time to do the check in. We filled out the online form while en route and it was somewhat challenging. - You have to pay additional tourist tax of 1€/ day/ person. This was not very clearly indicated on booking. But it is not much, if you compare it with tourist tax in Rome. - It would be really, really great if a simple parasol was provided. This would make it a 10+.
