La Baia Blu - Ischia

The apartment was very nice, but the best thing was to meet Lauridana the taxi driver that picked us up from the boat. She is fantastic and we took a tour around the island with her...and what a great trip...it changed everything to see the whole islend in her company. I highly recommend her tours. Then she took us to this fantastic restaurant where everything is homemade and organic,,,beautiful. Our stay in Ischia would not have been the same without her. Thank you wonderful Lauridana. XXX

Great apartment with a lovely terrace and fantastic sea view. Good lcoation above Ischia Ponte, with a good pizza restaurant right across the road. On the bus route into Ischia Port. Apartment has good wifi, smart TV, aircon, Nespresso machine. Good communication with Peppino, will defintely be back!

Nothing really. Could do with a bit more kitchen equipment for cooking at home.

If you ask me "What was the highlight of this stay?", I would immediately say - "Peppino". No, seriously, I have not met a lovelier host for a long while, always kind and approachable, really a treasure to have been in contact with. They house is safe, residential building. The staircase is wide so no problem to bring a suitcase up. There was even a small welcome champagne in the fridge and some basic cookies etc included, which I felt was very kind. The flat and bed were comfortable and clean. I had the flat with the larger terrace which was really nice, lovely views.

The photos do not really show the large road that is beneath the house, but thankfully it is not a busy road at all so the disturbance is super minimal from there while being on the terrace.

The apartment size was bigger than expected. The basic amenities exceeded our expectations as lots of water in fridge with a bottle of prosecco at no charge. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The owner arranged a pleasant local taxi. Local restaurants and nearby castello were interesting.

Location was 20E taxi ride to harbor ferry. Online impression was that the location was closer to beach. Traffic everywhere was slow and side streets hard to navigate....not the owners' fault though...:)

Everything was great, the host was very helpful and replied super fast when we contacted him. Apartment was big and location was perfect.

La Baia Blu is in a fantastic location!! It’s central to most attractions and right by a great restaurant. Thank you to Peppino who was very communicative and made our check in seamless as well as Loredana who was also very helpful. Recommended stay!

The property is in a great location, very clean and just as the pictures describe. Peppino is one of the loveliest hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He made sure after our flight was delayed 4+ hours into Naples that he had sent us all the information for the last ferry of the day and did his absolute best to make sure we made it to Ischia on time. He also arranged a taxi to collect us late from the port. Loredana was our taxi driver and we ended up using her all weekend she was amazing and gave us the best recommendations and would be available at all times of the day and night for us we appreciate both Loredana and Peppino so much it was a beautiful stay. Highly recommend!!
