I always book Veracruz I try my best to get 8A, it’s what I like I have stayed in other apartments in the building too the apartments are so clean and modern the location is perfect no hills beside everything literally feet away from the sand on the beach literally feet away from a huge supermarket Veracruz supermacado

Location is perfect, room has everything you need. Supermarket underneath and good bars/restaurants nearby

Washer door broke but due to being Christmas it wasn't fixed during our 10 day stay but that was just an unfortunate incident

"I have nothing good to say about this place."

It had a good location.

To make this clear to anyone thinking of booking, they will charge you a 200 euro deposit. They will charge you 50 extra euros for any bin bags left behind. Then they will tell you that you need to wait an entire month for them to decide if you are allowed your deposit back because of a few bin bags. Unless you are a professional cleaner do not stay here, you won’t meet their expectations. To add to that here are some other poor things with this apartment which I’m sure transfers to all Benidorm Booking apartments. Uncomfortable hard beds. Terrible, slow and old lifts. Scuffs and marks over the walls in all bedrooms. No sun loungers by the pool. Two toilet rolls for five nights. 1 bin bag provided for five nights. Ultimately I would never stay here again, these apartments will find every corner and angle to get more of your money while also being unethical to their local communities. If you’re considering an apartment from Benidorm Booking, next time save the hassle and confusion and spend your money on a well maintained hotel.

I stay at this property every time bi can get it the dates I want to go to Benidorm I’ve been lucky it’s been available my last 4 trips I was gutted to find next it’s not available for my yearly trip for when Cheltenham is on I’ve got 20D instead and 27A and 18B fir family A special thanks to Hadji thanks mi Amigo Brian 🇮🇪🇮🇪🫶🍻
