Our group had been looking forward to a long-awaited vacation in Malta, but unfortunately, our stay at this property turned out to be a complete nightmare. We are compelled to warn other potential clients to avoid making the same mistake we did by booking this place. From the very first day, we encountered significant issues with the water pressure. The first floor had only boiling hot water, while the second floor had only freezing cold water. This was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable, but we hoped things would improve. However, our ordeal only worsened. On the second day, we lost electricity entirely. Despite multiple visits from property representatives and electricians, the problem persisted for two whole days. We were left without electricity, which meant no functioning water heater and only cold water with very little pressure. The representatives mentioned they might be able to fix the issue on the third day, but they were uncertain if it would be successful. Given this uncertainty and our deteriorating situation, we had no choice but to leave the property and find alternative accommodation. To add insult to injury, the property refused to reimburse us the cost we paid for the property that could not be used due to their inability to provide basic amenities. We had to bear the additional costs of booking another place to have working water and electricity. This entire experience has not only been incredibly frustrating but has also ruined our vacation. We strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. The lack of proper maintenance, the unresponsiveness of the property management, and their refusal to take responsibility for the issues we faced are unacceptable. Save yourself the disappointment and hassle by choosing a different place to stay.
