"Das Office-Personal ist eine Frechheit"

Ich konnte nicht einchecken, Kommunikation von Seiten Hotel verweigert! Eingang zum Office ist in einer Tiefgarage in der Ecke. Ich bekam keine Koordinaten um es zu finden. Personal in der Mall unterstützte mich.

Nicht zugänglich, erst am späten Nachmittag, bis dahin habe ich was anderes buchen müssen.

Complex pool, access to U-Mall and unit was quiet.

We picked this location as it was central and an easy walk to two great Cambodian beaches. However, the large amount of "international" construction being undertaken surrounding this particular location made it feel like you were walking past unfinished construction sites and the Khmer feel for the area was fading quickly. This was very disappointing for foreign guests seeking a more traditional Cambodian beachside feel.
