- Piscina interior - Buena Ubicacion - Recepcion 24hs - Gym adecuado con equipacion buena

* El apartamento estaba con muchas cucarachas sobre todo en el baño y cocina, dentro de la alacena donde se almacena la comida * Limpieza general del lugar: - Mucha humedad en el apartamento - Manchas de humedad en paredes, cortinas, baño - Suciedad acumulada, extractor del baño con muchos hongos y mugre. Almohadones del sillon exterior llenos de manchas y suciedad.

La ubicación y el trato del dueño.

Que no pudimos utilizar la piscina interior pero es ajeno al dueño porque estaba en mantenimiento, igualmente nos enteramos allá de la situación. Insisto en que pasamos bárbaro en el apartamento.

"Lugar tranquilo y seguro para niños en septiembre"

La ubicación a metros del puerto estuvo muy bueno. La piscina es ideal para niños porque no es muy profunda.

Nos dejó un sabor amargo que decía que el check out era entre 11am a 00 hs y en realidad a las 11am a más tardar se debía entregar las llaves.

"Vale la pena conocer Punta"

El paisaje que rodea el edificio es increíblemente hermoso, el edificio es muy lindo y tiene muy buenas instalaciones. le dimos poco uso porque la época del año no acompaño.

El depto. esta en un edificio que no tiene vista a la calle y tiene un pequeño patio con vista a un edificio pegado, y no tiene vista al mar como se muestra en las fotos, porque las fotos son de las instalaciones del edificio, lo que me sorprendió. Pero igual fue una estadía super agradable.

The location is simply fabulous, three blocks from the harbor and two blocks from the pubs and restaurants. The apartment is reasonably large, perfect for two people, perhaps a bit crowded for four, but possible. It had a patio in the back with comfortable sofas.

The apartment is a bit cold in the winter, it has an air-conditioning apparatus in the dormitory and a heater in the living room, which I had to keep mostly on while in the apartment. The amount of hot water for the shower is reasonable for one person, not for more in a rush.
