Nature Glamping Stay with Fire Pit

12 fires glamping tents are definitely sophisticated rustic. When you think about staying in a tent, you do not expect to have all the amenities that are provided at 12 fires. We were attending a wedding reception that was hosted at 12 fires. What a beautiful setting! The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. We will return!

This is exactly as advertised. Comfortable bed, warm shower, mini kitchen etc. I can’t wait to come back.

I was aware it was near the main road, they provide earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

We hadden een onwijs aardige gastheer die ook met ons de wijnproeverij deed. We zijn veel te weten gekomen over de lokale Texaanse wijnen. De tent is erg mooi en een leuke gezellige plek. Goed bed en fantastische douche.

Enige puntje was toch wel de luide snelweg achter. Er waren helaas geen andere gasten, dat had voor de avonden wel heel gezellig geweest.

The shower was nice

The location is a problem due to highway noise. Not sure what you can do about that. Also, we could bot have a fire in the fire pit due to a burn ban. Would be noce to have an alternative like a gas fire pit.

Gorgeous little site with 5 tents on and campfire provisions with the wine tasting room is really lovely. The tent stood up well as we did have a bad storm. The tent was well equipped and comfy bed.

We stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening at end May and we were the only ones there. I understand it is busier at weekends and Thursdays to Sunday they have lots of people there and cook wood fired pizza and with the bar it sounds a lot of fun. Even if we had have had other people staying we could have sat round a campfire with them but I am not sure how they can let you know if no-one is there then the whole thing is shut really. Mike was great and we did taste and buy some wine with him and saw him as he worked on the vineyard. Was lovely to chat with him. The road noise is the other thing. It is very close to the 290 and even though you are in the country the road is very busy and noisy when in a tent!

The road noise from 290 was so loud. Perhaps if the air conditioner was needed- it might have drown out some of the noise.

The staff and the accommodations by far exceeded my expectations for my 1st Glamping experience!! This will definitely be my destination when visiting the area. The tent was cozy, and clean. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the shower was amazing 🤩! I loved everything about my stay here.
