"Great place, perfect situation for the NEC fab facilities and spotless."

Perfect location for a two day visit to the NEC. All the comforts and facilities you could ask for. Efficient booking system and helpful communication when I asked for local taxi contacts. Spotlessly clean and tidy with great decor.

The only suggestion would be the front door is a little difficult to lock and unlock, it seems to move in the frame and similar for the patio doors so maybe an adjustment or repair would be useful to prevent future damage.

Very good communication, had everything we needed and more, only stayed 1 night but couldn't find fault. Very comfortable, very clean, nice quiet area. Very close to airport. Perfect for our family stay before flying off on our early morning flight.

Can’t rate this highly enough. Perfect for a stay on new quiet residential estate for events at NEC, about five minutes taxi away. 5 bedrooms . Very modern, practical , clean with comfy beds. All you could need.
