Nothing. It was awful

Never cleaned the property and only changed the bedsheets until day 3. I’m limited in photos that I can share but the places was a bombshell. When they changed the bedsheets on day 3 they didn’t even clean the house. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but we paid £500 plus for a week they said they’d give me 50 quid back but received nothing. Worst placed I’ve ever stayed and I travel every week for work.

Not clean, carpet not hoovered, hand towels as bath towels, no toilet paper, texted properly agency who assured us they would put toiletries in never did. Bathroom not clean. Freezing cold on arrival no heat turned on. TV not working. Place could do with a real deep clean!
