The location was perfect. The service was exceptional. Bayrem was the perfect host. He communicated well prior to our arrival, waited for our arrival and gave us many suggestions for our trip. He even had a nice breakfast for us.

The room was a bit cool at night. There was a heater but it was a bit noisy.

Nos encantó el alojamiento. El personal muy agradable y pendiente. Nos escribió al WhatsApp para decirnos dónde teníamos que aparcar. Como el alojamiento está dentro de la medina, tuvimos que dejar el coche en un parking gratuito que hay justo fuera de la muralla, delante del museo arqueológico. De ahí al alojamiento hay menos de 10min andando. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno.

Por decir algo, la habitación que nos tocó era muy alta y el aire acondicionado estaba muy arriba, por lo que tardaba mucho en aclimatarse.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute Lage in der Medina. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und wir haben sogar welches bekommen obwohl wir sehr früh abgereist sind. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr nett gewesen. Außerdem bietet die Unterkunft eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse.

Wir hatten sehr schlechtes Internet und Empfang im unteren Zimmer. Außerdem war es kalt im März, aber es gab eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung für die Steckdose, was es besser gemacht hat.

No fault of the property but the 4 a.m. Ramadan cannon was a bit of a shock!

Beautiful old building in the Medina. Clean and comfortable bed, heater as it was a bit chilly in February. Simple but nice breakfast. Good communication with the host. Reasonable value for money. Lovely terrace to sit in the sun and look at the view.

The only bad thing was the VERY noisy air-conditioning unit on the roof above the room. It woke me at just after midnight when I guess another guest turned on their air con. We were unable to sleep pretty much for the rest of the night. Such a shame as it was otherwise a great place to stay.

Atmospheric Tunisian house. Beautiful painted furniture. Varied breakfast in the courtyard. Spacious room. Warm (January). Attentive host. Impossible to park outside (road on steps and only seven feet wide) but easy parking within a couple of minutes (nearer than the explained parking at Bab el Gharbi but you can drive from there). View from the roof terrace. Short walk to the medina.

Breakfast coffee was cold.

We got breakfast even though it's not advertised on Booking.com. Nice room, clean, hot water.
