I loved that it had a bathtub rather than just a shower. For me, the location was perfect, close to the metro and Duna Plaza.

It would be helpful to have some basic essentials, such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Adding some decoration or a bit of colour to the walls would also make the flat feel warmer and more welcoming, as it currently feels a little empty.

good location, good heating, nice kitchen, good bathroom and bedroom

small pillows, small tv. It's not critical, but it'd be nice to have some whisky/vine/flute glasses or so.
