Nothing it’s falsely advertised & the property owner is racist referring to us as ‘you people’ the letting agent isnt helpful & useless also not always contactable the property is noisy and in a very bad state

Everything! The owner & managing agent are aware the property is nothing like the pictures & in disrepair & continue to let it be booked. Double beds are actually two singles sandwiched together stained filthy chairs on balcony, sofa saggy & worn out not comfortable to sit on. The chipped paint on the bathroom tiles & interior doors chipped broken tiles in various rooms limescale in the shower exposed wires leaking wet balcony etc. Full list of issues we found in the property during our stay will be below. Guests checking in the day we left saw the place & refused to stay there agreeing that it’s not as advertised. What we paid for we did not get the bathroom was horrendous chipped paint & tiles smelt mouldy & of sewage at one stage the taps & toilet was running brown water as pictured (couldn’t upload video). The flat is noisy with a person above making a lot of disruptive noise until 2-3am every night The owner & managing agent were aware from when we checked in of the issues & that we were not happy with the condition of the place & wanted to get our money back & stay somewhere else but them knowing how poor of a state of the place and its false advertisement refused to do anything other than offering a plumber to fix the broken rocking toilet and a extra clean. Which in the grand scheme of things wouldn’t make much difference as the place is in disrepair. Plus it would have meant impeding on our holiday even more as we shouldnt be expected to use our holiday to wait on maintainece of their property to be done that’s their duty and should have been done before we arrived. My room as pictured( couldn’t upload video) the only light working in there glowed red the beds weren’t comfortable the room was noisy and was not as advertised do not stay here it ruined my holiday & I came not feeling tired & stressed I have been s customer of booking.
