Very friendly place. Great location to switch off, accommodates dogs and close to water and pleasant walks. Some comments complain of noise as the mobile is central on the park but personally I like the community feel on holiday. Was adequately equipped on the whole but I recommend bringing a few preferred kitchen tools. Very good value for money and only £25 for WiFi all week which was invaluable along with Smart TV during storm Floris! The main double bed was VERY comfortable and the en-suite loo handy. No complaints form the (big) kids about the twin room. It looked cosy! Didn't use the lounge bed after all so can't comment on that.

Maybe the place had been unoccupied for a while but after lots of warm damp weather it was badly in need of airing. Mould and stale smells in the kitchen and main bathroom in particular - I used a vinegar spray in the bathroom corner and it was better so the cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Several minor maintenance issues like bulbs out and the shower mixer got stuck on bath mode. I recommend the owner spends a weekend there and makes a list.

Price was good. Very clean. Excellent location. Lovely support from the lady owner. Please ignore previous bad reviews. Place is lovely. We had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Few nights we had rather noisy neighbours. . Some families who represented diverse cultural backgrounds had very loud ways of communicating with each other. However, they were all fine by 11pm. Slow Internet.

Come Friday of our week it was chaotic and very noisy when the weekenders arrived, also playing cricket and football right outside our van, :( but we will, in future book mid week or out of season
