Location close to my parents house and right next to a bakery laundry and supermarket

The check in was a nightmare- took forever with lots of watsap conversations with thr management company. The first night could not sleep from a broken ac The apartment smelled like asian food to a very large extent. I spent 4 hours chatting with several management company staff to get it fixed ( concierge couldn’t) and to change room. The only available rooms ( several) were more expensive but management compny instead of feeling shame of giving us a terrible room wanted me to absorb the extra cost. In conclusion i had to contact booking dot com agent for support and finally got moved to another room. The experience was very bad. Giving that i hd 3 bookings woth this property over two weeks and mt brother took their largest unit for a week and my aunt and her family too, you would expect to get a great support. None of that
