Location. Cleanliness. Space. Access. Wifi.
1. There was no coffee or sugar. 2. The shower cubicle was TINY. Probably 50 cm by 50 cm. Extremely uncomfortable 3. There was no shower gel. 4. The hob did not work. And the owner did not respond favorably. Nor checked it the next day.

Very spacious apartment with balcony on third floor. Large fridge/freezer in kitchen. Washing machine and detergent were very appreciated. Good heating system and wifi works well. Easy check in. 25 min walk to town centre and main attractions. Cafe and mini market next door to building.
Bring your own toiletries (shampoo etc) and no tea or coffee available. Also no television.

the amount of pre-cleaning services was very expensive 55 euros, the day before entering the house he charged another 12 euros to clearbnb, besides the cleaning fees were very expensive, if I had known in advance I would not have taken the house, the quality of the cleaning did not match its price. With such fees, there was a very dirty area behind the headboard and pillows of the antique bed, which I will post a picture of.

Entire Apartment wasn't clean, Bathroom needs a scrub, floors dirty and gritty, no TV and no Kettle, vacum cleaner in the Apartment couldn't be plugged in to the sockets as no adaptor supplied to put a 2 pin plug into a 3 pin socket. You also can't leave the keys on the apartment without someone going downstairs, unlocking the Communal gate and holding it open while the other person goes back upstairs to leave the key in the Apartment. This accommodation is not suitable for Holiday accommodation.
