"Big but not neat."

1. Near to all the eating places that I want to go

1. The house could be tidier/neater..but for just a one night stay is ok. 2. Paying a deposit and need to personally follow up to get back is not a neat process.

The owner/host seems not very responsive towards my queries on the deposit refund. Two AC remotes allegedly being misplaced/went missing but the deposit is RM150, way far than the two AC remotes cost combined but the host still not responsive and has been dragging for more than a week now since my check out. Given this situation, I'm definitely not satisfied with the overall treatment of the host. The house also has a lot of cockroaches, the basic kitchen utilities like rice cooker is not available but instead replaced by a ceramic pot with an unmatched plug to the power socket.
